Should it be necessary to cancel order, please contact WeLovePlantedTanks at 1-844-388-6988 or by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org . Please have your order number and billing address available when requesting a cancellation. Cancellation requests must be made before 10:00 AM Eastern Standard Time. Order cancellations made after this time may have already shipped, and customer will be responsible for accepting the order.
We ship USPS priority, for live plants and UPS first class and parcel for all goods things .
We ship USPS priority Monday, Tuesday.
Orders placed before 10:00 AM EST will ship same day from Monday to Wednesday for plants.
USPS first class and parcel we ship from Monday to Friday.
Dry Goods Same Day Shipping Information and Rates
Orders placed before 10 AM EST ship same day Monday through Friday.
We ship live plants only to 48 contiguous US States.
We do not ship to FPO, APO or PO Box Addresses.
Tracking number will be emailed to the buyer.
We ship packages from New Jersey.
Payment accepted by PayPal and credit cards. If you use PayPal for payment please make sure your confirmed ship to address is the same as your ship to address on your invoice. PayPal requires sellers to ship to the confirmed address.
Sales tax will be added to New Jersey residents.
All of our items are shipped out brand new. We offer full refunds or exchange for defective items only.
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
If you have received dry goods the item in a damaged condition, please notify us within 24 hours after receiving.
Full refund (including original S&H) only applies for defective items and it must be sent back to us in the original condition. Including the original accessories and all packing materials.
We will not accept returns with missing accessories or packaging.
I do have a live arrival guarantee on all my plants if they are delivered within 4 days.
Live plants we not accepted returns. If you have received plants in bad condition , please notify us email@example.com max 4 hours at delivery time. Please send pictures all the plants and wet packing paper or newspaper from the package.

If you have received the item in a damaged condition, please notify us within 24 hours after receiving.
